the breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. i found the staff to be very cute and friendly. the bed was very comfortable.
i was unable to obtain a vat receipt for business expenses, a shame. one of the two complimentary bottles of water in my room was partially consumed. there was no hot water available in the morning.

the staff was friendly and accommodating . bottled water was available in the room upon arrival as requested i appreciated the assistance with arranging local taxis.

friendly staff great breakfast comfortable bed bottled water
the staff was very friendly and cute. i enjoyed a great breakfast that included freshly cooked food. the bed in my room was comfortable, so i slept well. i also appreciated the bottled water in the room as i requested.
the fire door at the back was difficult to open, though i eventually managed it.

okay stay but some issues
early window cleaning unpleasant confrontation
my bedroom window were cleaned at just before 8am and a bloke used a squeegee on a long pole. it woke me with a thud and was not a good start to the morning. i asked him to stop, but he then confronted me at breakfast he went into a huff with the management for me asking him to stop.

the staff really were very good. the room was clean, warm and homely. i will definitely stay again when my van breaks down in the future.
i could not operate the outside door. it took me a long time to get in. nobody answers the phone.

My Single Room included ample lighting fixtures and accessible power outlets. fresh towels and toiletries were restocked daily. I appreciate it. the room had blackout curtains, so i slept well.

The breakfast included a variety of options. This was good. the pizza from the bar meal was tasty and very filling. staff provided quick service in both instances, and this was welcome.

Check in AND check out processes were both quick. staff were friendly and helpful. This improved MY experience. the team looked genuinely happy to assist with any queries. I was impressed.
